I have now owned my Spanx Bra-llelujah bra for 6 months, and not only is it the most comfortable bra I own, it has held up to regular wear and washings in the washing machine. I have a nude colored bra and I wear it at least four days a week, because no other bra matches it - it's as close to not wearing a bra at all as you can get. I love no hooks, no metal clasps, and nothing to dig in - anywhere! Some people have commented about the printed "tag" information, but I have never even noticed it.

Initially, I was skeptical about the lack of adjustable straps and back, but this bra does self adjust, and if you get the right size bra, it will not stretch out or lack support. I am hard to fit 32 normally, and I did have to go up a cup size to get the right cup fit (no rolling cups). My mom had to go down a band size, to get the right fit around the rib cage. I recommend going to a Dillard's (where they carry these bras) and trying a few on to find the best fit for you before ordering one on line. I am now ordering another nude bra and plan to order more in other colors. Amazon's price is better than the price on the Spanx website, but [...] has some colors not available here.

Just a note - if you don't have time to handwash the bra, wash it on cold in a bra or lingerie bag, then hang dry.

Studies have shown that up to, and perhaps even major than, 70 % of women are wearing the wrong size bra. Some women have never been properly measured, others have been buying the same size bra for many second childhood ( and many dress sizes! ) after their last measurement.

The size which suits you promptly is unlikely to be the size which suits you forever. It's no secret that a woman's bust size changes over time due to natural variations such as weight gain / loss, pregnancy, menstrual cycle etc. In addition, even the famously expensive bras determine not remain the same size and are to be expected to stretch by because much as 4 inches after a few washes and tuck away snoozy.

In addition, the right size for you from one manufacturer may not be the same for all brands. You may be a 34D from brand A and a 32C from brand B... and somewhere inbetween for brand C!
